This Show's Ocular Monster Becomes Scarier Like Never Before in Episode 7
In the new chapter of the hit series, tensions reach a breaking point as the protagonist challenges her sibling Joe over his unexpected decisions. Skipping giving away the storyline, it's clear that Wendy is enraged—and justifiably so.
A Foolhardy Decision
At the same time, the story's most fascinating creature—called t. ocellus or the ocular entity—is transferred away from a high-tech lab enclosure into a portable container within the personal space of Prodigy CEO Boy Kavalier. Many fans are questioning what may unfold with such a dangerous action.
"Why did you do?!" she screams, totally incredulous.
Stealing the Scene
Even though t. ocellus has minimal screentime in "the latest episode", it manages to dominate the show whenever it is shown. Mayhem takes over across the facility as a Xenomorph prowls freely, targeting everything in its path.
At the same time, the artificial beings—known as The Lost Boys—are utterly lost after their location beacons are turned off. A certain character, Nibs, fights with her sense of self, whispering softly, "I feel like I am now..."
Cunning and Threat
Within Kavalier's office, the eyeball creature displays its astonishing mental capacity. When the CEO writes the first few digits of pi—3.14—on his hand, he tests the creature to give the next digits.
Reacting, the monster taps out the right numbers before making a mess on the surface. While it looks like a scene of humor quickly shifts into something sinister as the creature starts vocalizing angrily.
Even, Kavalier's usually calm aide, Atom, shares his concerns about the situation. "Leader, I must renew my reservations," he utters. "If this creature were to escape and embed itself within the general public—"
A Frightening Idea
Rather than listening to the warning, Kavalier interprets it as a suggestion and announces that he intends to find a individual to "feed" to t. ocellus.
"You are right, we should… absolutely, we should move it into a living being," Kavalier proclaims. "A person who speaks and uses a toilet."
Even though the episode doesn't reveal who Kavalier has in thought for this chilling experiment, several viewers are hoping that the CEO himself might be the target. After all, people is dying to discover what the creature has to express.
